Preparing for a US pilot

A clearer next step for your child’s care.

Guiden is designed to bring family goals, care plans and everyday observations into one place for families of children with cerebral palsy. We are preparing for a US pilot.

A parent plays on the floor with a toddler who sits in a small supportive seat

For families navigating cerebral palsy, concerns or risk before a confirmed diagnosis.

Between visits, life goes on: a plan to follow, questions to remember, small changes to notice. Guiden keeps it in one place, so the next conversation with your care team starts from what actually happened.

A practical connection between visits

One goal, one agreed plan, and a clear way back to the team.

  1. Set a family goal

Comfortable participation in play, for example. You decide what matters.

    Family

  2. Agree on a plan

A specialist agrees one activity that fits the goal and your day.

    Care team

  3. Follow a dated activity

The activity has a date and links to the current plan version.

    Family

  4. Share an observation

Note what went well or what was hard. Send a question when you want a reply.

    Family

  5. Review and adjust

The team reviews the question and updates the plan if needed.

    Care team

Clinical decisions stay with the authorized care team. Saving a note is different from sending a question for review.

Plan activities come from your care team. Monthly topics are general reading and never assign anything.

Monthly cards offer topics and questions. They do not prescribe treatment or define what every child should achieve.

Build a useful picture over time

The planned profile brings goals, observations, documents, equipment and professional assessments together, and you can fill it in gradually.

Family notes and professional assessments are labeled separately. Families are never asked to rate tone, reflexes or GMFCS themselves.

Make room for what matters

Movement is one area among many. Progress can look like comfort, choice or simply joining in.

  • Comfort

Easier everyday care: dressing, bathing, holding.

  • Choice

A way to say yes, no or “that one”, with or without words.

  • Play

Taking part in a game with the right support.

  • Everyday tasks

One daily routine that becomes a little more doable.

What it looks like

Three screens from the planned product, shown with made-up data.

The family’s next step

This month’s topic, today’s plan activity and one open question, on one screen.

A profile entry with its source

Each entry shows who added it and where it came from. Unknown stays unknown.

A question in the clinic queue

A family question reaches an assigned team member with its context and the current plan.

Give the care team useful context between visits.

Guiden is designed to connect agreed activities, family observations and follow-up in one workflow. We are exploring US pilot partnerships with clinical teams.

Team responsibilities, geography and pilot terms are agreed separately with each clinic.

Discuss a clinic pilot
  1. An assigned team member picks up the question

No one wonders whose turn it is.

  2. They see the context

The current plan, the activity, the family’s note.

  3. They reply or revise the plan

A new plan version keeps the history.

  4. The family sees the next step

Clear and dated, in their own app.

Questions

Is Guiden available now?

Guiden is preparing for a US pilot. You can request information about early access. Availability and pilot participation will be confirmed separately.

Is this only for babies?

No. The 12-month calendar focuses on the first year. The broader product supports a child’s profile, individual care plan and family–care team communication beyond infancy.

Do we need a confirmed diagnosis to register interest?

No. Adult parents and caregivers can express interest while navigating concerns, risk or a confirmed diagnosis. Please do not submit your child’s medical information through this website.

Does Guiden choose treatments for my child?

No. Guiden is designed to help organize information and follow a plan agreed with qualified professionals. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or determine medication doses.

Will someone review everything I save?

Saving an observation does not send it to a clinician. Families explicitly send questions to an assigned team in the care workflow. Response arrangements depend on the participating service.

Does the calendar show what my child should achieve each month?

No. Monthly cards offer topics, observations and questions. The calendar does not score children against a universal milestone checklist.

What will it cost?

Pilot access terms and pricing have not been finalized. We will share the relevant details before participation.

Can I use this website for a medical question?

These forms are for product access and business inquiries. They do not provide medical advice or urgent care. For a medical emergency in the US, call 911.

Interested in early access?

Leave your adult contact details and we’ll share relevant US pilot opportunities when available.

Request early access

Requesting information does not enroll your family in care.
