Who we are

Guiden operates this website. The legal operator and contact address will be listed here before publication.

What we collect

Only what you enter in a form: an email address, and optionally a name, a US state, an organization, a role or a website. We do not ask for information about children, diagnoses, insurance, addresses or phone numbers.

Why

To respond to your request: early access, a clinic pilot or an investor inquiry. We do not send marketing email, and a request is never a consent to medical care.

Where it goes

Requests are stored on our server and seen only by the team member assigned to that type of request. We use no advertising pixels, session replay or third-party fonts.

How long

An inactive request is deleted 180 days after the last meaningful contact, or after it was created if there was no contact. Security logs are kept for 14 days and backups rotate every 30 days.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your request at any time using the contact address above.
